We have a variety of event spaces and rates to meet your budget needs.

Glass paneled French doors flank the interior terrace opening to the exterior terrace and adjacent tented area and historic garden. During events guests have access to the historic section of the House.

Space Capabilities
Capacities listed are only for the space noted. Areas may be combined to increase seating. For example, to have 140 guests seated with dancing, all tables could be placed under the tent with the exterior terrace used for dancing.

Space: 30′ x 60′ Tent
Capacity: 200 standing OR 140 seated (no dancing) OR 100 seated (with dancing)

Space: Exterior Terrace
Capacity: 100 standing OR 60 seated

Space: Interior Terrace
Capacity: 50 standing OR 30 seated
